Reservation problem
The hotel didn't have my reservation even though I had my confirmation email and number. The customer service numbers are for Australia and not connected.
No number or company associated with Hotels Combined would let me speak to an agent.
I ended up having to book another hotel at a ridiculous rate because I was booking at the last minute. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Verified Buyer | Dubai, DubaiBooking cancelled with no warning, then offer to rebook for 2x price
I had a hotel reservation secured with credit card through Revato and Atana Hotel Dubai. Then it was cancelled with no warning less than a week before travel.
Hotel said it was the booking agent.
Revato (dumb name by the way) said it was the hotel (and they also say all their bookings are made directly w/ hotel). No customer service hotline available.
Hotel has rooms available and offered to rebook for 2x the price.
Shady AF - stay away!

Booked a hotel & have been over charged
Hi I booked the grace hotel Sydney & price was $227.73 & got an email confirmation & on my credit card I was charged $365.65 please explain I am no happy to pay this amount
Change the booking
I called a hotel as per your mail, but they said they can't proceed refund or change of date and they said me to contact my agency. Is their any possibility to get refund or to change date of booking.

Unbelievable long wait time on hold
Need to change my booking in June 2021. Went on their mobile app and was unable to change booking.
Pulled up reservation on computer and same thing. Interestingly enough, I want to stay one less day that originally requested and keep getting message that the hotel has no rooms to accommodate this request. Are you kidding me? I have the hotel room for four days and want to change it to three.
Contacted Hotels.com on May 18 and have been on hold for 57 minutes. Think I will try different booking website in the future.
Preferred solution: A website that works like they keep telling me to utilize.
